Terms of Service.

Operational draft. These terms are written to match the current FlyingFish SEO service model, but they should be reviewed against the final contracting entity, checkout flow, payment provider, and jurisdiction before launch.

1. Services

FlyingFish SEO provides managed SEO fulfillment services, including guest post placements offered by published tier requirements. The specific deliverables, quantities, pricing, and any applicable options are those shown at the time an order is placed.

2. Client information

You are responsible for providing accurate target URLs, anchor text, campaign notes, and other information reasonably required to fulfill an order. Changes requested after work has started may affect whether the original order can be fulfilled as requested.

3. Publisher and placement conditions

Placements depend on third-party publishers. FlyingFish SEO does not promise an exact domain unless that is expressly part of a separately agreed service. Publisher editorial decisions, link attributes, and later site changes may be outside FlyingFish SEO's direct control.

4. Metrics

Where a placement is sold by Ahrefs DR or estimated organic traffic, the relevant metrics are measured at the time of placement. Future changes in third-party metrics do not by themselves make a delivered placement non-compliant.

5. Replacement policy

The current 12-month placement replacement policy is described on the Placement Policy page. That policy is part of the service description for covered guest post placements.

6. Payment, cancellation, and refunds

Pricing and payment requirements are shown at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing. Any cancellation or refund terms that apply to a specific order should be presented before payment or confirmed in writing. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact FlyingFish SEO as soon as possible.

7. No SEO outcome guarantee

FlyingFish SEO does not guarantee rankings, organic traffic growth, indexing, leads, revenue, or any other SEO or business outcome from a placement.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful content, deceptive activity, or material that infringes the rights of others. FlyingFish SEO may decline work that cannot reasonably be fulfilled or that creates material legal, operational, or publisher risk.

9. Service changes

Products, pricing, policies, and availability may change over time. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated; already purchased orders remain governed by the terms applicable to that order.
